Had a wonderful experience with Jim. He came out right away and cleared a clog for me. He also repaired my toilet and reconnected one of my pipes for a fraction of what any other plumber in the TC would have charged. He really knows his stuff and has a lot of great equipment to help throughout the process! Hes a life saver!

Had a problem with our outdoor water spigot - aka 'hose bib'. Called him at the suggestion of another craftsman working on the house. He said he couldn't make it immediately but would be available the following day in the afternoon. Called as he promised and within 30 minutes we had a new water spigot and the issue was solved. The price was more than reasonable and the work was done to our satisfaction.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!! We got a problem with our toilet leaking and we called this guy to fix our toilet problem. He showed us what was wrong with it and we told him to fix it no matter what it take to fix it, just fix it right. He installed a new toilet and we paid him good with a substantial tip. And three days later the toilet is leaking again "the new toilet he installed" So we called him back and said to him its leaking again and he showed up without notice but we were not at home. So we called him back and tried to set another day and he said maybe sometime next week because he was busy.He knew there was an existing problem that he showed me the flange was crooked and unable to align with the toilet bolt holes and he never came back so what I did is fix it myself.Please don't call this guy unless you're ready to lose money, the toilet is not even that good that he sold us.
