We Have Been With Farm Bureau For Over 10 Years. I Have Worked With Our Agent, Mr Tyler Church. And Have Nothing But Good Things To Say About Him. He Has Always Been There For Our Family. Tyler Is Down To Earth But Also A True Professional. Thank You Tyler.

I have been a Farm Bureau member for 15 years. The agents at this office have always went above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs are met.

UPDATE!!!!!!!! IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS SINCE THEY LEFT A RESPONSE FOR ME TO CALL. THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND BACK TO ME. I WOULD IN NO WAY RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. PEOPLE PAY A HIGH PRICE FOR INSURANCE AND THEN THEY ARE ACCUSED OF BEING AT FAULT. ITS RIDICULOUS!!!! Update ! Update ! Update ! I had a message left by Farm Bureau and ask to give them a call . Its been over a week now and I have yet to hear from them. I called and got an answering machine. So I left a message. "I think they just asked this of me to make it look like they really care." My mom had this insurance for over 50 years until October of 2022. That's when she left. The video below I have posted for people to see why she left. She and I were at Pal's on the Bristol highway known as the motor mile. We were parked in the first parking space to the left as you come off the side street onto the Pal's lot. In the video we would be to the right if you watch the video. A box truck came into the parking lot and went to the right. Where we were parked it was a one way . You aren't to make a left as you enter the lot. You're supposed to go around the building. We see the box truck cut to his right as we think he's going around. We look to our right to make sure its clear. We go to back out and this guy backs over us. We called and made a report my mom turns this into the insurance company . Now the man that back ed over us was a Williams . So when they told my mom to take her car and get estimates she took it and did what she was told. They fixed the car and when mom went to pick it up she had to pay a 500 dollar copay. When we called the insurance company the lady we spoke with said that the accident was my mom's fault. She refused to turn this into the man's Insurance company which was Allstate. Then we find out the lady "if that's what you want to call her " which refused to turn this into the other insurance. We find out she's a Williams also. I think she may have been related to the man is why she refused. So I think that Farm Bureau did my mom very dirty. So no I can't say anything good about this company. Watch the video and see who you think is at fault. I still think that they should pay the 500 dollars back to my mom.
