Brandon Casey and I had a meeting about creating a last will and testament, plus power of attorney documents at the end of July 2022. My estate is straightforward, but I did require the law firm to serve as executor as I do not have any family members, I can honestly rely on to do so. At the time, Brandon said the documents would be available for review, in draft form, in approximately a week. I called Casey Law today, almost a month later, because I hadn't heard from them as of yet. I was then, and only then, informed that Casey would not be preparing the documentation but rather referring my case to another firm (that he had already reached out to without even asking if my business could be discussed elsewhere) because he is transitioning the firm to more personal injury, so I was taken aback. It would have been proper and professional to call or send me an email advising me of this choice to send my business outside of the Casey Law firm and for them to forego preparing important legal paperwork. Instead, I got a lame apology for him not having time to do so. WOW, thank goodness I am not dying right now! However, as we all know, we do NOT get to make the decision of when we die, and it can happen any minute! I only hope I can get the paperwork ready in time!

Mr. Casey done a child custodial interference case for me in North Carolina. He made this a very easy process for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the NC and TN laws. Im happy to say that I left with my grand-daughter. I highly recommend Mr.Casey.

I would recommend this man if you're in the need of a lawyer. He is very professional he listens patiently. If he feels that you don't need a lawyer he will advise you on what to do. He is honest an shows integrity. He will not try to rip you off . Like I said if he doesn't think you need a lawyer he will tell you. If I ever need to retain a lawyer ever again . It will definitely be Mr. Casey
