Kiser Electric and Panel Change

Called them 3 weeks ago to fix a service pole due to if I dont have it fixed by a certain time in the month I will be without power. Kept telling me they would help me. Instead of just telling me they couldnt so I could try and find someone else they never called to tell me they couldnt help me. I was referred to them by another electrician. Now Im gonna be in a home with no power. They didnt even bother to call and tell me they couldnt I had to call them. Now Im left with a week to get my issue fixed and trying to find someone to help me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called on Fri morning breaker problems. Quick call back from Jim with promise to be there that afternoon. NO SHOW NO CALL and they have been ghosting my calls since. Horrible

Very professional and respectful! They are the kindest people and so caring. Jim and his 2 employees that were with him were so sweet and helpful. They definitely know what they are doing and has everything fixed in no time! They are extremely reasonable on the cost! They DO NOT over charge at all! I definitely recommend them!
