Carter County Bank

This place used to be great, but, since Angie left, it's terrible! They now have a really rude new manager, who wouldn't even complete the transactions I needed done! I am currently looking for a new place to do business, which really stinks, because I just purchased new checks. 😡

I highly recommend Andrew McKeehan. and his team at Carter County Bank to anyone looking to establish a great relationship with a local bank. They truly care about their customers and it shows in the quality of service they provide.

They will rob you blind in fees. WITH a Debit! Do NOT bank here. They are rude. I HATE this bank. The bank says you cannot make any transactions with a savings account and they close them if you do. Why? It's your money. I hope this bank goes under.

I have about 4 or 5 different reasons for a 1 star. You can check the other reviews I've left at their other locations. Long story short, shady fees. Shady and inconsistent info (every time you call they tell you the previous people misled you then they give you bad info themselves) switch banks now before you experience Bank of Tennessee's downfall for yourself.
