La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge

Weve been working in Chattanooga for over a month now staying at this motel. I needed to reach one of my employees that didnt have a cell phone working and the lady at the front desk was very rude and snobby said she didnt have time! VERY VERY poor customer service!!

Nice hotel with good continental breakfast. The service is adequate. I think it is indian family owned, because the old indian man that i found out later cleaned the rooms followed me onto the elevator to the top floor,but stood directly next to me,staring at me. Didn't speak back to me, but just stared when i asked if i could help him. He didn't get off the elevator, which kind of made my radar go up. He may be special needs. I do not know. The young man that took care of the breakfast area was an excellent employee! Very helpful and nice. He was compensated accordingly. 15 minutes to lookout mountain. A plus!

Clean, comfy, quiet...with a caring and welcoming staff. We've used Hampton Inn for years, but on this latest trip we've become La Quinta converts because of the consistency of quality and comfort at this and every LQ we've stayed in over the past two weeks!

The staff is nice, the coffee is okay, the rooms were clean, it's right off the interstate, across the street from Chick-fil-a, and the price is reasonable. It's a great place to spend the night.
