The office manager Kim is totally awesome.She's very knowledgeable and can answer any question you mite have, also she is in the office everyday so if you need to you can talk to her face to face. If she going to be out she always sends a text letting everyone know that she will be out. And she always answers her phone.

DO NOT APPLY! READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH!! APARTMENT HAS SMELLED LIKE SMOKE FOR 6 MONTHS!!! IT HAS CAUSED HEALTH ISSUES FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER!!! UPDATE!!! Since living here for a year, I do not recommend you even applying, we have went through 3 office managers, none of them could care less about anything that happens on this property, other than they get free rent for holding an office job. They threaten you with an eviction notice before you are even late on your rent! Example my rent is due on the 1st. By the 3rd of the month I am being threatened to pay my rent or eviction will be filed!?! Secondly this is a non smoking PROPERTY! I have been complaining to office managers since SEPT 2023! that someone is smoking in my building, it has caused me and my daughter health problems, nose bleeds, swollen eyes, sore throat issues. Ect... nothing has been done about it.. I have called the cooperate office numerous times and again NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! All I get is a messaging answering service with no call back... they don't do inspections! They haven't even changed the air filters.... I moved in March 10th of 2023 by January 2024 I was sent a text message that if I didn't put in my notice in January that I would be moving, or not renewing my lease I wouldn't get my deposit back???? Do what? So they forced me into renewing my lease which was supposed to be $977 including all the fees they add to it... i go to pay my rent in March and my rent is $1050! I asked the manager why this was and she proceeds to get very smart there's nothing she can do because I signed my lease and I need to let her know if I plan on moving? And I would still be charged multiple months rent!!! And wouldn't receive my deposit back either... this place is also supposed to be income restricted, meaning controlled by the government... trust me I went through a lot just to even get in these apartments they dug through every piece of my finances just to prove I didn't make over $36,000 a year. There are married couples living here that make over the income restrictions, that pay less rent than me.... also take note that these apartments take section 8, I do not receive any help! I am a single mother, no food stamps, no rental assistance, and no way to even work a second job because that would put me over the income limit to even live here... I can only make $36,000 to live here and they charge $1,050 rent not including utilities, or any of my other bills! Also the pool was not opened last year!!! So don't get your hopes up of having a pool, the new manager is NEVER in the office, and has told me that the pool would be opened when she is in the office only, if it even gets opened at all... there is constant trash every where on the property... last but not least, they do not fix anything at these apartments, I know of an elderly lady that hasn't had heat or air since last October !!! Also I'm the process of filing a claim with the government and with the BBB! Hope you find this helpful, sorry it's long you just need to know the truth of how it is to live here! If the smell of smoke was resolved i could deal with the rest but our health has been at stake for 6 months now! And nobody should have to pay over a grand a month and have a stinking apartment! I started looking for an apartment mid January 2023, I was told about dogwood place and drove by to see if I would like living here... very secluded, very quiet, and certainly conveniently located.. soo clean, nice pool area, went through the entire application process and I must say the complex managers and staff walked me through every process and was very polite! I cannot wait to live here
