That guy that runs the shop is an idiot. He thinks he knows everything. He thought he was going to keep my old catalytic converters and charge me 300. If he learned customer service he would get a lot more business!!

I went to this muffler shop 3 times today. 1st time I left my number and he called and stated its first come first serve. Ok I went back this morning at 8:15 he didnt show up until 8:50 and he still stated he couldnt get to it. I then advised him he called me back to be there at 8:30 Ok I was there. Then he pulls my truck on the rack and tells me the catalytic converter was stopped up and needed to be replaced. Ok I have both new converters and ask what would be a good time to come back. He told me he could get it done around 1. I show up at 1 and he had all doors closed. My wife called him he got smart and rude with her I was starting to back off of the property and he proceeds to walk out to my truck and then tells me he couldnt do it today because he didnt have any argon for his welder. This is not how to run a business and you should never snap at the person who is trying to pay you to do a job. This is supposed to be your livelihood. Anyways we will never be back there again.
