Umm Corporate I think it's time to take a step and fix these problems the store is filthy, the employees are rude and don't even try to do their job correctly, the wait times are atrocious, the food gets way older than it should before being wasted, they vape in the kitchen where customers can see and in front of managers like it's no big deal, last I checked it was illegal to be intoxicated on the job and they smoke marijuana behind the dumpster and delta 8 (still marijuana) in the store, they never answer the phone, a majority of the time they're not open/refuse to answer the drive thru or serve anything for at least half of the breakfast hours this store is giving your company a bad name

Put in an online order on McDonalds app at 9:45 sat in line from 10- 10:40 with multiple people in line just for them to cancel my order last minute and not even give an explanation. They dont close til 11. All the lights were on, multiple people inside. The lady inside looked at us as through the window she walked out and the gentleman inside continuously glanced at us while making his way around the kitchen. Never came to the window and said they were closed or anything. I will not be coming here again. And I hope nobody else will either.

Id give 0 stars if it would let me. My family and I were on our way home and our kids love McDonalds. As soon as we stopped here for one there was a homeless person sleeping in the back corner by bathrooms. (Ok yea not a big deal, he needs somewhere to sleep). Then walking into the woman bathroom that was probably worse than any rest area you can find. Then we proceeded to order food on the kiosk. After paying and ordering we TRIED to find a clean table. There were absolutely NONE. No napkins either because we were going to clean it ourselves. Then I decided we would just eat in the car. We go to get our drinks nats fly absolutely everywhere when I got my sons ice in his cup. Then I went back to the counter and made the MISTAKE of looking in the kitchen. It was absolutely disgusting. Looks like this place hasnt been cleaned in MONTHS. Then the manager after I said I want a refund had the BALLS to hold her hands up at me. You may decide to live in something like that but I do not. She absolutely had no clue why I wanted a refund. She proceeded to have an attitude and threw her hands up again. So me being me, I went off. This is absolutely uncalled for and nasty. Also a side note absolutely everything had a sticky fill. You dont want customer asking for refunds how about you get into gear with making sure the place is clean. And your customer service is terrible and manager should be fired!

Stopped 3 times after 6am says lobby open at 6 no one unlocks door and they stare at you like your stupid
