Although it did take much longer than expected to get the car back, they did an awesome job and were very honest and upfront. Because there wasn't anything seriously wrong, they didn't even charge us which was very surprising and much appreciated. They absolutely have our business!

Ive taken my car here twice within the last year and have had nothing but good results! The first time my car was actually transferred to them from the shop across the street from Andys because the other place didnt have the equipment to work on my vehicle (not the other shops fault). Andy got my car worked in same day, fixed me up before the weekend and even worked with me on pick up due to my work schedule. After I scheduled my second appt with them I realized I forgot to ask if they would change my oil. I called them up a few days later hoping they had time while they were working on the other issue and his response was no worries, well get you taken care of maam. Its just an oil change I know, but this attitude is so hard to come by in customer services now days and really means a lot in the grand scheme of things! Andy is responsive (some reviews says they are hard to get ahold of but Ive had the complete opposite experience - hes answered every call), he delivers on time, is honest, will help answer any questions you have without patronizing you like some mechanics do females, and doesnt charge an arm and a leg. Ive spent the last several years trying to find a mechanic shop like this after multiple bad experiences and Im so happy Ive finally found it!
