Leaving one star because zero isnt an option. As a current resident I couldnt be more unhappy here. I have an extremely noisy woman living above me, my apartment accumulates dust at an insane rate, there are homeless people in and out of the property at all times and at this rate I might be happier being outside with them than in my actual apartment. The outside stairs and walkways are disgusting. The floors in the bathroom are peeling. They literally said lets slap paint on everything messed up and call it a day. Theres no way I recommend living here unless sadness is a priority for you.

Maintenance and front office are very friendly and understanding. Rent is crazy high as well as the pet fee is massive but that could be because of the location
