RiverCrest Boat and RV Storage

Arrived at the facility today to get my boat to be winterized no power to the keypad to open the gate. Called the number on the sign Spencer said he would call the owner this was at 11:27 am and they would let me know when it was fixed. Called back at 12:10pm still no call from the owner. Gate still not working. Owner finally called me 5:12pm and sorry what do u want me to do about it was her answer. I drove 4 hours round trip and couldnt even gain access to my boat. She said she had other errands to run that day so she didnt answer her employees text. Horrible way to run a business my boat will be outta there ASAP. Save yourself the headache and dont. Rent here.

2 stars. Sign up and storage itself was acceptable. However, I gave notice in time to cancel my storage as of March 30,2021. I followed the instructions on the contract. I continue to get multiple emails, invoices, and late fees. It's now late June and I just received a bill for July, plus all the late fees. I have talked to at least 4 different people on the phone, and I've sent 6 emails. I have not gotten any replies to any emails, and each person I talked to on phone said they were stopping the invoicing, but I keep getting invoices. I strongly suggest anyone that rents here, follow the contract exactly and keep track of all of your communications with this company. Or, just avoid the trouble and rent somewhere else.

Very nice owners. Love that i can put my camper there when it floods and not have to worry about it. The locked gate and cameras sold it for me. And the price per month is very reasonable.
