The ease of renting a unit was quick and painless. Rent and paid online, reviewed and signed 2 papers at location. Done! Was shown where the unit was located. Fran provided wonderful service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to use this place.

Both of the leasing associates at this location (West Ave, Crossville, tn) were friendly and helpful. They made an otherwise stressful move a little easier to handle. I cant remember their names but I know the lady was from Chicago and the gentleman used to live near the city in Florida from which Im relocating!

Other than some shifty business tactics, you get what you pay for here. They do have security gates, fences, and clean storage areas. I just do not appreciate all the fees and insurances that are not clearly disclosed on the site or in the store.
