I have looked at property and land with Mark Hall from Tennessee Reality.Though I have not purchased yet,I may in the near future and would highly recommend Tennessee Reality. As a realtor, Mark Hall is kind,considerate,and will work with you and your finances.

Mark Hall was the best realtor that I have ever worked with. He promptly returned my phone calls and texts and was always looking out for me. I moved from Florida to Tennessee and Mark helped show me a multitude of properties that meet my wish list. When we found the right property, he helped me negotiate the best terms for the purchase. Even after the purchase and closing, Mark continued to be there for me. After closing, he took me to all the local utility companies to get me started on my endeavors and has contacted me many times since to ask if he could help me in any way. Realtors don't get any better than Mark. He is a stand up guy/realtor and he will do anything he can to help you find what you want,meet all your need and get the deal done within your requirements. He does more than any other realtor that I have worked with in 45 years.

I came across Mark Hall because he was the listing agent on a property that I was interested in. I had come in from out of state and he absolutely made the most of the days I had in Tennessee following up on any property of interest and quickly understood exactly what was important to me and what I was looking for. He was the most responsive and communicative agent I have ever worked with, in addition to his integrity and strong work ethic. He never makes you feel like you are bothering him, has a wealth of knowledge in construction, the area, and resources you will need as a buyer. He is truthful, dedicated to finding you your dream home, and just a pleasure to work with. The homebuying experience can be night and day depending on your realtor and this one is the best.
