We worked with Bennett Harper and we can not say enough about the awesome job he did! Bennett listened to what we needed and was mindful of our budget too. We moved from out of town and Bennett was able to connect us to people that could help us manage our property and make changes we needed before we could move in! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will not represent you, if youre the seller, theyll work for the buyer. Other than doing the listing, sticking up a sign and filling in a few forms, youll do all the trench work. Recently closed on my home salethere was no representative from Century 21 present to insure proper/correct closing; an hour before closing my agent called to say she was sick and would send her daughter (also an agent); her daughter never showed up, nor did anyone else from the Century 21 office, they didnt seem to care. As a result, the buyers Title company, Rochelle, McCollough & Auld in Lebanon (split closing) wanted to withhold my funds 24 hours until receipt of original documents. My Title company hand carried the documents to them and they still delayed wiring the funds for hours. They also wired the incorrect amount! Rather than accept they were incompetent and made a mistake, both RM&A and my agent initially implied it was my fault, then they blamed my Title companymuch like Joe Biden they pointed the finger at everyone but themselves. I asked for a simple apology and they couldnt even do that! Totally inept, incompetent and unprofessional!
