Basket was leaking on one side of kitchen sink. They had to replace the basket. He told me they may have to replace the other side so the plumbing would fit correctly, for $20 dollars more on the price. Which was $225.00. I told him to do what ever was needed. So, he replaced the basket on the one side. Tried selling me drain cleaner before leaving. Couple days later I find I still have a leak. Other side did need replaced because he left a opening about an inch or two wide. Had to get someone to fix the pipe on other side so it fit correctly. I don't recommend using this company. I never will again. I guess this is what happens if a man isn't around.

This commpany thinks that all people are made of money the wanted to charge 1500 dollars for 3 leaks and a toilet hose...I said to myself this has to be a joke....never calling them again

My elderly parents had a clogged toilet. Drew showed up and cleared the line thur the clean out . About 10 feet. Not difficult! He charged them $460.00. Ive been in the business over 40 yrs and certainly know the cost of doing business. This was a simple cable machine and no high pressure jetting to justify the exorbitant expense. Find it criminal. Taking advantage of the elderly. Never quoted any pricing upfront. Would never recommend or use again!!! We called to have him explain the break down and were told it was a contract price. Phony baloney excuse! Poor business ethics! Just read your response that is bogus. We know exactly what was involved. Drew explained to my husband. We are not expecting a refund. We just wanted the explanation for the pricey clog. And in the end we found it to be very exorbitant for the service provided. Paid in full and felt the need to warn others so they can make their on decisions knowing our experience. After reading your reviews it looks to be a common practice in your place of employment. This is just our experience and felt the need to share. Definitely a real life experience and NOT a bogus one.
