        I've been getting 2 prescriptions at CVS for several months and now all of a sudden the new pharmacist has decided that he isn't going to fulfill 1 of my Dr's prescribed medication, that by the way has been being filled without ANY ISSUES prior to now! The new pharmacist actually hung up on me twice so a report has been filled with corporate about these issues. I will suggest never to do business with this company as they don't believe in customer service or customer care! They also believe they are better than your Dr and your needs for medication. I suggest using a local family owned Pharmacy as you will probably get way better service and understanding.

        The Crossville CVS is very frustrating. You always have to wait in line, whether inside or at drive thru. Maybe its due to remodeling, but it takes forever to find the prescription if its even ready. It is a hassle every time I go.
