Eye Centers of Tennessee - Crossville

I have eye insurance that covers a yearly eye exam 100 percent. Instead they coded my routine yearly exam as medical billed my medical insurance, refused to bill my eye insurance even though they are in network and charged me $80 and charged my medical insurance almost $500. I will never go back there. Beware!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Had issues after cataract surgery. Tried to discuss with the doctor and was properly yelled at, berated and humiliated. Left office in tears. No way this doctor needs to be associated with the public. Since we only have 1 set of eyes, no way would I step back into this office.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained procedures thoroughly and listened to my questions/concerns.

Very abrupt and didnt leave room for questions. Over talked me and wanted us to leave as soon as possible and I went as the mom of a ten year old who he talked to very rudely and roughly opened his eyes. Worse Dr experience Ive had in a long time. Would not recommend any one going to them ever for anything because the Dr does not care at all. Even waved his hand at me like he was dismissing me. Finished what he had to say and left and all of that happened in like 4 mins
