Not sure what happened to this great establishment..Ive left great reviews in past, but our latest experience was not very good..we waited 30 min on a slow night..( Most tables were empty).., and almost an hour on food...I asked my wife if she offended someone..haha, ..and she assured me no... Even time to pay bill near entrance, and girl walked away to talk to someone after we walked up! Bar area was running like a well oiled machine...maybe next time, we will sit over there for better service..I leave 100's of reviews per year, as I professionally travel, and rarely leave a bad one, but this is my hometown, and I expect more..Crossville is a small town anyway, and how do we expect growth, if a long term staple restaurant such as Vegas has poor service...Breaks my heart, but 1 star Service for this one! ...Sweet tea is the best here..that is all..

Th reservations thing was a bit embarrassing if you didn't know you needed one but we still ate on th riff raff side and it was alright. We didn't wanna eat you other stops anyways. Was mother in laws 70 birthday she didn't care either way. Food was ok. Probably might go back if someone else pays. Replying definitely doesn't help. Kid-friendliness: Meh besides th drunks playing golf and not 100%what comes out there mouth up to you if wanna let your kids here that language or not
