Let me start off first by saying we travel a lot and stay in different hotels. This is the first hotel that actually made me feel at home. The staff are so pleasant and down to earth. I never felt so comfortable talking to hotel staff as I have at this hotel. No, Its not fancy like the Ritz but the hotel is cozy and comfy. They take great care of you with a pleasant smile, the hotel beds are the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept in at a hotel, and the rooms are so nice and clean. No bad smells. Everything was just perfect. Janet was an absolute wonderful person to talk to. So polite, friendly, and kind. I wish I knew the names of the other pleasant women who work there. The cleaning lady was also very nice. The whole staff was so welcoming and warm! Also, the hotel is very peaceful and no loud noises at night. If you ever have to stay in Crossville please stay at the Hampton Inn. You will feel so comfortable and happy Recommend 10/10. If I could give it 20 stars I would. Thank you for treating you guests with such kind kindness. Room 222 will be my room to request whenever I need to stay in Crossville. From a happy customer
