We have been customers of Jackson Heating/Cooling for many years. They provided excellent maintenance for our 30+ year old HVAC system and did the miracle of keeping it running! When it recently died of old age, we had Jackson install a brand new AC/Heat Pump. They (as usual) arrived on time and completed a professional and first-rate installation. Their technicians have ALWAYS been courteous and instructional. They always answered our often "stupid" questions and kept us informed on all levels as to what was needed, what services were performed, etc. The office staff are kind, professional and very customer-oriented. We will be loyal to them as customers because they can always be counted upon to make sure our HVAC keeps us comfortable in our little home. This companies employees are totally amazing. The first person that I talked with was Jimmy and he was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Other places I called never called me back or just gave me a price over the phone. Jimmy on the other hand came out the same day and done a total evaluation of what I needed. This company has a great asset in Jimmy as he cares about his customers. The biggest thing was that no A/C units where available and since my daughter was getting married this week Jimmy went over and beyond to find my unit and get it installed before the wedding. To begin with Thomas Gentry came to my home and listened to my requirements in a new system and proceeded to take copious notes and subsequently put together a very comprehensive quote to replace our 17 year old builder grade system. Thomas was the ONLY contractor to put everything in writing of the six quotes I got on this project. All the others sent an email with a vague scope of work and a price, Thomas Gentry listed out everything they were going to provide and do to replace my existing system. I'm an engineer and stickler for detail, very happy with the documentation. Now that the installation is over, the Crossville crew of Jackson Heating and Cooling is outstanding, I looked over their shoulders most of the installation so that things were done they way I preferred, they didn't miss a beat and the attention to detail was phenomenal, everything from electrical, to gas lines, to duct work was flawlessly done. Every gap was caulked and sealed, every pipe or duct was properly secured. After 2 full days of work by this crew I couldn't be more satisfied. Good Job Jackson Heating and Cooling!! Yvonne & I had Jackson Heating and Cooling install a Lennox 16 years ago. It finally gave it up.. in Jan. of all times. Jackson's tech. came out and showed us an actual video of what was wrong! We decided to have it replaced - this was on Friday. Jimmy called us the next morning an offered to loan us portable heaters until they could install the new system on Monday. On Monday Jan. 6, 2020 a new TRANE pkg. unit was replaced by Roger and John. I watched them work - perfection / attention to detail in motion!!! They even landscaped around the new pad everything was built around! We couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from JACKSON HEATING and COOLING .. Cookeville, TN

Thomas Gentry with Jackson Heating came to our house to give us our estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a very fair bid. He explained in detail our options for upgrading our system and was very pleasant to work with. The installation crew were prompt with their arrival time and were very efficient with the work they did. They completed the install in less than one day. We appreciated a follow up phone call promptly the next day to make sure we were happy with the work that was performed. We were also visited by someone from Jackson within a few days to perform a complete inspection of the unit to make sure everything was still running properly with no leaks or other issues. Jackson Heating delivered the exact services promised at the exact price quoted. We were extremely happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.
