I was shopping on line for a Ford block heater and saw SWAG and decided to visit them in person as I live fairly close. What a nice experience. They had the heater and the power cord and both were OEM. And the price was very competitive. Thanks guys!

Have been doing business with SWAG for roughly 5 months. In that time I've spent thousands of dollars! They have been the best place for me to find OEM powerstroke sensors, and parts. The prices are competitive, and they also offer several comparable parts and harnesses from their own parts line that have saved me a few bucks. I recently had something missing from my last order. I reached out, and it was immediately taken care of. I am not a shop... just a musician who likes to pull his band around in old 7.3 Diesels. It's been great to have customer service like I was a dealership turning $1000's of parts orders a week. I've found parts store brand parts to be problematic at best when it comes to these old dinosaurs. Once in a blue moon you find a OEM part in town, but I've changed to just ordering direct from SWAG. Waiting a couple days for the right parts is better than tearing it apart once or twice... ok 4 times... to replace the wrong parts.

I ordered the wrong part for my truck and it was sent back to the company and I have tried to contact them but they dont seem to respond I havent received my refund

If you want to return something - good luck. They don't respond to emails once they have your money! I guess I'll need to file a paypal dispute in an attempt to return an item I didn't use or open. Ridiculous!
