We took our pup Rudy to have an allergy screening done. He has been having skin issues and we were referred to her by our vet. She seemed like a nice person and was very informative. The main issue I had was the cost of our services received. The intial assessment was about $300 and the allergy test, along with the medication needed, was $838. We've never been to a dermatologist specialist for our dog before so we weren't sure how pricey it'd be. I'm glad we did but dang, it has been crazy expensive. Poor pup was allergic to SO MANY things. I'm posting what the test ended up looking like on his body bc I had no clue what to expect. Something very helpful was the workbook they provided to help keep us on track and to answer any questions we might have.

Im writing this review after a few months of our family visiting Dr. Brown at the Little Rock location.
Dr. Brown was very nice and she knows what shes doing. We decided to pay $1,000 for her to see our dog and perform the allergy test for our dog.
We didnt have that money but because our dog is our priority we decided to spend it.
A few weeks after she performed the test, our fog got better but a few weeks after she started getting worst.
This is the part that our family didnt like, we cant get a hold of her. We understand shes busy. But we didnt pay for a service only. We need a doctor that is interested and checks on us because thats what this amount of money should be worth of.
Weve been only able to EMAIL back and forth with her nurse Nikki, and she replies days later.
So there has been days that we email her because our dog is going through a bad rash (since they dont pick up the phone) and Nikki will literally reply days or sometimes a week later and by that time we already figured out ourselves what to do.
We had to go for a second check up and it was another $200 for a quick consultation and they are not very helpful.
We dont like that there is no way to communicate with our vet (aka Dr. Brown) and I wish this wasnt the case because we are all paying a lot of money for this.
I guess she has too many clients at the moment but that makes a bad service.
Nikki will explain everything through email, and sometimes she doesnt get to the point because the way she writes is hard to understand. (No punctuation or bad grammar)
At this point , they have not called us back or check on our dog and that irritates me.
Our primary vet here in Little Rock will literally call us every week when our dog is going through a crisis and check on us because thats what we need.
Unfortunately, i do not recommend visiting her at all. I rather drive or fly my dog to a different dermatologist because of the poor communication and responsiveness that her clinic has provided.
