Memphis' Incredible Pizza Company

It is a good place, my children like to go and have fun. But it's sad that they have such an insensitive manager. My son had an accident playing Laser Tag and his tooth fell out and his lip broke and instead of helping us, he yelled at us and after 20 minutes of the accident, he said that they don't call the emergency services, that we had to do it. I have everything documented. He yelled at us and insulted us, and I had to ask him if he treated us like that because we were Hispanic, and he told me that he is Hispanic too. Mr. Michael Gonzalez, just because you have a Hispanic last name does not guarantee that you love and respect his community, I have seen so many Latinos treat Latinos the worst. I hope Incredible Pizza takes this case seriously, because it seems that Mr. Gonzalez does not communicate the safety protocols to the employees and appears to be an arrogant person, at least that is how he behaved with my family, even seeing my son bleeding because he His tooth fell out and his lip broke. We had to spend the whole night with our son in the hospital and for 4 weeks he has to be in the recovery process. Only one employee took care about us and my son.. Thanks God for this person. I have everything documented with videos and photos. I feel sad that a company focused on serving children has such an insensitive person, and Im talking about the Managing Partner Michael Gonzalez.
