I can't given them more than 5 stars because Google won't let me. I have been working with and ordering from Essential Control Systems for over 10 years and have never been disappointed! My orders always arrive when they say they will, the prices very competitive, my patients have always had quick assistance when needed and the staff is awesome! We have the option of using other companies to obtain the pelvic floor therapy supplies we need but have yet to have any reason to go elsewhere.

The price of a monitor for feedback as to whether or not one is doing the pelvic exercises adequately is robbery. $480 for a little box that beeps! It did not work very well. It gave extremely basic feedback and was of minimal help. I was never told upfront how much it would be or I wouldn't have done what I understood I was doing--buying it for a fair price, namely $70. It turns out instead of buying it for the $70 I agreed on, it was actually "renting it" at $70 a month indefinitely! I feel taken advantage of. This does not seem like fair and honest business practice to me. BUYER/ "RENTER' BEWARE.
