This place was really good when they first opened im just learning that my kid pcp is leaving no notice and my kids really liked her. Second its hard to book a appointment now which is horrible. Third the new doctor rather sit at the desk with the nurse rather than Introduce her self to us which is not good now I would hate to have to found a new practice. My first visit to Sanitas Medical Center Wolfchase was awesome! I was greeted by two receptionist instantly upon walking through the door. The lobby and waiting rooms are so clean. The nurses & doctors were very nice & informing. I will be back. Thank you for a great first experience.

We are new to Memphis We felt sanitas wolfchase was our new pcp at the end of our first visit. We requested referrals to specialists for my wife and me. It's well over a week with no calls, no email. When we call for information we are met with short, abrasive, and argumentative operators. One visit and our business is going elsewhere. I use to come to another location till the doctor I was seeing moves to another location so I just had a baby in March and she needed a doctor so I thought about sanitas because I use to go there and it's on my insurance also so when I called the Representative still had my information on file so better yet let us both go to the same place it's easy to get here the first time the wait was questionable but that's ok and the schedule changing upper oh okay on my baby shots yeah I didn't like that but I understand I just wanted to get her shots over with so I can breathe if you know what I mean but the over all experience it's pretty cool it's very clean everyone is so nice and uplifting I feel very welcome when I come by it's very nice I enjoy coming here I use to come to another location till the doctor I was seeing moves to another location so I just had a baby in March and she needed a doctor so I thought about sanitas because I use to go there and it's on my insurance also so when I More
