        I purchased my home in 2019 and due to COVID understandly the ability to return to fix nail pops was delayed. They came out on February 26, 2021 to repair the nail pops (that team was GREAT by the way) but radio silent for the painters; I cannot get a response to have the job completed. CJ the project Mgr has been EXCEPTIONAL if it were not for him I probably would have walked away from the purchase...not because of Lenox but their realtor (that is another subject). Interesting enough CJ has not responded to my inquiries to get paint completed since 5/7 @ 12:36p stating the painters will call me; that never happened. I reached out on 6/21 & 7/7..NOTHING! I called both #'s for Lenox and left a msg. I just want the job finished that was started.
