    I moved out some time ago but to this day I would never advise anyone to live here. I rented a 1 bedroom. When we moved in the maintenance people had removed the doors to the laundry room and put them in the patio outside storage. So, when we go to move out we do an inspection everything is fine. Except, we wait and never recieve our security deposit. And then I recieve a bill for those doors which were still in the outside patio. And then when I called to talk about it I got cussed out. They took to me to collections over those doors they had and kept my security deposit. At the time I didn't have much money and I'm certain they just wanted to keep my security deposit. So they dinged my credit for 50 dollars and kept my 1000 dollar security deposit for doors they had and that they removed. And if you dispute this I still have all the evidence that this went down exactly as I have stated.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. It started with the application process that I had to continue to contact them for over a week for a yes or no answer rather I was approved or not. I moved in 12/15/23. When the leasing agent and did the walk through and made it to the bathroom, she told me that she would have the countertop redone because it was messed up. Then I didnt have hot water in the kitchen. When maintenance came one guy said I needed a new sink and it had to be ordered. I called a week later no one knew what I was talking about, I was told I would receive a call back. The next day I spoke with the agent that did the walk through with me she said maintenance had just ordered the part. A few days later it was a leak in the bathroom maintenance came out said they fixed it. I asked the sink and the guy untwisted some wire and the hot water was on in the kitchen. 12/30 the bathroom ceiling leaked again then again a few days later. 01/14/24 the sheetrock was cut out and plastic was thumb tacked over the holes and water continued to leak. The bathroom countertop never was redone after I received emails and text messages stating that it would be fixed from the agent. I was told to send pictures which I did. The office manger said it wouldnt get fixed but she will come to look at it. Well the storm came the ceiling continued to leak with plastic still up on the ceiling. I asked when would the ceiling get fixed I was told that apartments that was affected by the storm was more important. Which that was just an excuse because apartments in by building was getting renovated for rent. It took the office manager 3 weeks to look at the bathroom counter just to tell me she will see if they could get the paint off but the other they couldnt fix. Here we are today still havent heard anything else about that but the bathroom ceiling did get fixed today. Now I have 2 other leaks that started in the kitchen today. This apartment was not ready to be rented. They just patched some stuff together and painted to make it look good. I wish that I could post the videos of all the leaks. The office manger does not communicate. I would either have to go the office or continue to call just to talk to her. No phone calls are ever made to let me know maintenance is coming they just pop up.
