We were in Cookeville from out of town looking at investment property and Sarah and Elaina were extremely helpful in helping us evaluate what we were looking at and advise us of potentially making a big mistake, even though they had no stake in the game. I have no doubt they would look out for their clients best interest. I also would have no problem recommending them to manage your property. In the short time we spoke with the broker( on phone) and the women in the office we could tell they would be exactly what we look for in a management company. They simplyget it its a relationship business and that creating win win win for owners, renters and themselves is the key to success for all. Thank you so much!

Elaina Morgan assisted us as out of state buyers of a property in Tennessee. She provided excellent service in terms of communication, showing the property, and answering every question thoroughly. We had a litany of questions given that everything was done remotely and Elaina patiently handled everything like a pro. Just before taking possession of the property after closing, there was a last minute setback with the transfer of funds due to some administrative bureaucratic issue with the lender, which was resolved on the following day. Unfortunately; we were prevented from taking possession of the property through some vindictive pettiness on the part of the listing agent (NOT True Blue Realty) until the next day, but in the meantime, we found ourselves with no place to stay and no arrangements. Elaina secured us a nice hotel room at her expense which she did not have to do. Elaina simply found herself in the middle of an unexpected and difficult situation, and she helped us navigate through it while working late into the evening. Upon taking possession of the property the next day, we found a nice welcome gift basket containing some gift cards and other items compliments of True Blue Realty. Elaina showed total professionalism and poise with a personal touch in adapting to an unforeseen circumstance. Highly recommended.

Elaina Morgan is a true gem - kind, thoughtful & genuine. My husband & I moved from out of state. We called Elaina randomly regarding a house we saw online. She was so personable from the very first phone call. When that first house wasn't right for us, she took on every house request we had & did Facetime walk-throughs for every one of them. What we truly appreciated was her openness & honest thoughts on each house. She has a family background in contracting & cabinetry. For each house, she would point out any potential issues she saw, make recommendations for fixes & updates & sometimes flat out tell us this house will cost too much in the long run. What a breath of fresh air to find a real estate agent who was more interested in serving her clients well rather than just making money. Not only this but Elaina drove us all around our new town pointing out restaurants, good shopping, fun activities, local sites of interest as well as things to steer clear of. When it came time to move in, we had some glitches getting our electricity turned on. Elaina actually put our electricity in her own name to make it easier for us on moving day! Who does that?! Only the nicest first friend we met in our new town : ) Then when my husband arrived at the new house to unload our moving truck, Elaina had left a queen air mattress, fresh sheets, brand new pillows, towels, bottled water in the refrigerator, a huge gift basket of goodies (she even remembered I was gluten free & added gf snacks!) & multiple gift cards. She also gave us multiple referrals for moving assistance & lawn mowing service. I cannot even begin to explain how grateful we are for Elaina. She gave us the warmest welcome to our new town & home. I will recommend her to everyone I know!
