We could not have asked for a better company to handle the sale of our house. Top notch pros. Mary Porter was our realtor. If you need to move a property believe me, she will get it done. She was always there for every single question we had. She always answered every single text or call within a few minutes. We had a contract the first day we listed with them. Due to issues with buyers we had three contracts. Each time she had it back on the market and a new contract within a day each time. She worked tirelessly to get it sold for us. She was on top of any and all paperwork for the buyers lender and any paperwork we had to have for our bank and closing company. She was right there by our side during negotiations with great advice. She always made sure to put our opinions above the buyer but helped us figure out what would be fair and what she thought they would agree with. She was spot on with her thoughts because she negotiated a great contract for us for $5000 over asking price. If you need an agent she is your girl. She is wonderful in every aspect of her job. You will not be disappointed !!!
