Hands down the owners are the friendliest of any in Cookeville TN, rooms were clean with new bedding on the beds. Quiet place, easy parking and a good location and price, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cookeville area.

Honestly if I could give less stars I would. We got into the room. After being there for an hour my one yr old son’s feet were black from how dirty the carpet was. The carpet felt damp and dirty. The walls had food stains and what looked like blood stains, and the food stains had started to mold on the walls. The wallpaper was peeling, revealing mold and mildew underneath. Honestly huge health hazard, and having done mold remediation, no one should go in there without a suit and mask on. I don’t know where all the people stayed that say the rooms were clean. But it sure wasn’t here. Edit: tried to post pics of the evidence of mold and carpet mess, but was unable to. If I had been able to see that kind of thing, we for sure wouldn’t have booked it. Long story short, don’t stop here.
