We have had a great experience with our caregiver for my dad. It's taken such a massive load off of everyone to have someone we can count on to be there when we need some rest, or we need someone to be there for him while we're not.

New Hope has been caring for my mother for a little over a year. I have been very impressed with most of the workers and definitely Keisha the supervisor. Keisha has worked with me over and above to make sure that the hours of the caregivers are covered. If I need hours changed, she works with me. Thank you, Keisha

I'm here to tell my truth. Do not work for this company, or at least the office where Elaine Johnston is supervisor. She is a monster. An absolute , lying nightmare. My first ever being fired from a company, ever!!! I have a great job record . And this was absolutely heart breaking. My old clients don't use New Hope anymore due to their unprofessionalism. I worked for New Hope for a year and 5 months. After going to corporate about my boss being a nasty person, I was let go via misconduct. "Supposedly" Me and my client received 2 different responses. Not to mention they didn't care of the clients had to suffer before finding a replacement. No warnings. Verbal or written. She's rude, unprofessional, and ghetto. The whole place is. The main office is out of town, so they never meet you, see you, or train you. Elaine is not a good person. The sad part about all of this , is them not caring about their clients, whom is paying their pay check, basically. They sit in office, most of the time not even there. And if you call asking for help, they're rude and act like you're bothering them. The whole system is a mess, down to clocking in and out. They don't know what they're doing whatsoever. If you work for Elaine, beware, she's not a good person. They will seem nice at first when they're hiringyou, because their turn over rate is atrocious. People quit all of the time for a reason. And sadly they sit in an office hours away! Problems didn't start happening until I went to corporate. Then I'm fired . The owners should be ashamed to have such awful people running their business. It's a scary world we love in. If they fire you, be sure to keep any and all evidence/witnesses. And always be on speaker phone and in front of someone if they call. She will lie on you. Point , blank, period. And sadly I loved being a health aid. And my clients loved me too. This business shouldn't even be opened , not until they get new people. Breaks my heart.
