It most definitely is an issue you guys caused plus I paid you guys almost $1000 to fix my aveo I shouldn't have had an issue period. This is the same song and dance as any other mechanic I've used it's always the customers fault no matter how much money you take from them. You guys called me with a long list of issues but the boot was never mentioned now you say you noticed it but never said anything to me about it. I didn't bring it in there for brakes your son called me saying it needed them. I only wanted the exhaust fixed and an oil change. You guys gave me little to no option with the plugs and coil to get my car "running" again. Plus my tire was flat when I picked my car up I have witnesses to the whole situation I've been through with you guys. Not professional at all considering how horrible of a time I've had with you guys. Clearly can tell I was just a chunk of easy change for you guys to take in my opinion. I'm done never again.

I have a lot too say about this place not much is good. I sent in a 05 Honda element having problems starting. They called me the next day and said it was fixed and charged me $300. I was more then happy to pay it until the following day it started messing up again. So I drove it by there they hooked their code reader to it and pretty much said they couldn't do anything for me with no refund. In the same process I had a second vehicle there getting work done. They were supposed to fix my exhaust and do an oil change. They called me with a long list of problems it needed fixed so I ok'd some of them and told them no on the others. Long story short they charged me $981 for what I wanted and some for things I did not want done. Day before yesterday my car caught fire from the exhaust they put on. And we ate $300 already to fix the boot on my cv joint they melted through with a cutting torch. When we called them they had everything to blame and say except for their selves being at fault. They keep saying bring it in we will look at it but I do not trust these guys at all. That's just my side of the story though.

Hi again John,We have already responded to your concerns via your first review last week. We have offered repeatedly to take a second look at the vehicle to address any concerns; you will not return our calls or drop by the shop. As with any vehicle repair facility, we cannot guarantee that something related or unrelated will go wrong with a vehicle the next day or the next year. Vehicles are prone to wear, and more components are prone to wear over time. We cannot control that.As I’ve stated before, you are welcome to drop by or call us to discuss this further.Sincerely,Mike Flatt

Mr. Scott:In regards to your ’05 Honda Element, the vehicle was towed in. We found the issue and repaired it as well as changed the oil. The vehicle was running fine when you left. The next day, you returned the vehicle and said it wasn’t running right. We used a scanner diagnostic tool and found no codes or other issues. At the time the vehicle was running fine, so you left. For the Chevy Aveo, you brought it in for rear brakes. We noted that it was running rough/missing when it came in. We repaired the rear brakes and replaced the exhaust flex pipe (which was broken in half). The axle boot was broken when the vehicle came in; we assumed the exhaust was the cause of the boot problem. The Aveo would not start after we finished the brakes. To get the Aveo to run again, we had to install a coil and plugs; there was no choice. Please also remember that we did not charge you any labor to replace the coil and plugs! You authorized the repairs we did. Now one month later you called and stated there was a hole burnt in the exhaust and had melted things. Please note we did not use a torch on the vehicle. I advised you to bring the Aveo back in. You then proceeded to make this review before bringing the vehicle back in! We cannot fix an issue if you do not bring it back. We tried to contact you after your review but you did not answer. We would like to see the vehicle to make sure it is not an issue we caused.Sincerely,Mike Flatt
