I had a really great experience! I saw a car I really wanted around 7am. I reached out to the company at 9am, videos and pictures were sent to me of the car as the company was 2 hours away from me. I obtained pre-approval fast and my 3pm, the company drove my car to me! The paperwork was fast and easy! A couple of days later, I took the car into the shop and a large sum of money was paid for repairs. I reached back out to the company to inform them. 3 days later a reimbursement check was sent to me to cover a portion of the unexpected expense! This is customer service! I will not hesitate to reach out to them for my future car buying needs, and neither should you!
