        Horrible customer service. Good luck getting them to actually rent you something!! Called and wanted to reserve something for Halloween was told credit card machine was down, took my number and was told they would call me back. That never happened, and when I I called back was told sorry we can’t take anymore reservations for this week!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!
