        Shirley was beyond friendly, helpful and was never pushy or trying to upsell. She listened to what I was looking for and steered me to the options based on my needs (plush) and price range. I felt like I had a friend helping me find the right mattress and listening to why it was so important because a different new mattress from a different business was affecting me physically (thoracic outlet syndrome) from crushing shoulder as a side sleeper as it was too firm. I felt even more secure knowing that unlike the other business that they have a legitimate return policy in case this mattress isnt quite right. Shirley also went out of her way trying to work with me on a convenient delivery date. Thank you Shirley!!!
