My mother has seen Dr. Cardona for issues with her kidneys at least twice & hasn't been given any answers. Mostly because the Dr & staff can't seem to figure out how to get results from tests THEY'VE ordered!! The staff seems like they prefer to be elsewhere & aren't helpful with questions or appointments at all. This isn't just my mom's words, we've had 2 different family members attend her appointments & to say they were disappointed is an understatement! If the neglect continues I will be reporting to everyone who will listen!! DO BETTER!! Treat your patients like they are your mother, children, siblings,etc!!!

I began seeing Dr. Ball about three months ago as my primary care provider. I have never seem a physician with better bed-side manner than Dr. Ball. Dr. Ball has been treating me for a chronic problem that I've had for years and has already been able to help me bring the issue under control. I've been to the office twice now during the last couple of months and the office staff is excellent. I have never have to wait more than a few minutes before being called back. I highly recommend Dr. Ball.
