        I placed a mobile order. Picked up in drive thru. When they handed me the bag, I had to remind them we hadnt gotten drinks (this was the first interaction since pulling up to window. She got our drinks and we went on. Realized later when distributing food, one sandwich (hamburger) was missing. Both fries were in the bag but an entire burger was left out.

        First thing was, the cashier had to check her phone before she took our order. The dining room was cold. Asked if heater wad broke. The manager answered hateful. Then there was barely any gravy on the biscuit.
