    I would give less star review if possible. I am so angry with this place we have rented a unit for almost 3 years from this place over the 3 years the price escalated every two to three months we would get a notification that the rent was rising.The security cameras were always broken and the gate never closed like it was supposed at night. We made the mistake of paying next month rent and then we found a cheaper unit and moved our stuff what's left of it that's not ruined from the literally standing water that was inside the unit when I opened it and guess what when we call and send the pictures in o they don't refund any advance paid rent payments so we are out almost $300 for a empty wet unit. This place was a hassle they start harassing you before your next month rent is even due with emails and texts constantly and when you call you can never get anyone who speaks English good to understand what they are saying. We had a issue a few months ago where we had to be late didn't have a choice and omg thelus woman calls and says we have 48 hrs to have everything out and we are panicking and trying to figure something out but we called back and got a different person and they were like no you are fine you have until the beginning of the next month to pay the rent your things are fine. Just a awful place and I would never rent from them again and will tell people not to rent from them.

    I did a check in to store my camper there in May 2021. I arrived to check the site out. I found the gate broken and reported it before Memorial Day, I was told they were aware and it would be fixed in the next couple days. I did not feel it was secure enough to leave my new camper there. It would also be very difficult to get a camper into the site without going into a residential yard. I canceled the parking reservation. As of 3/14/22 the gate has not been fixed. I have gotten no response from management about fixing the gate after several requests on the phone and email. I have another unit there and they raised the rent. They added new units but will not fix the gate.

    I leased a unit here in September 2021. The electronic gate was broken @ i reported it @ was assured it would be fixed. I also purchased insurance on my belongings. I went back twice checking on things, the second time a few days before Thanksgiving to get my blender. All was fine. Gate was still broken. I drove NY on January 19th, @ saw the door to my unit open @ some of my things outside on the ground. I immediately pulled in @ was shocked to find id been literally wiped out. What was gone, was thrown around, broken, I found my grandmother Bible on the field... when I finally got them to answer the phone they said they'd tried to reach me but couldn't @ there were multiple police reports. They then informed me that insurance wouldn't pay. Calling the local police, there was only one report made and that was mine. Coppersafe then sent me a text listing items not covered, which coincidentally covered almost everything I was missing. They then falsified a date on my report of the break in, claiming it was 10-01-21, when I'd been to my unit November 25th 2021 @ all was well. They have since offered me 1000.00 which I refused @ told them my lawyer will be in touch.I find out interesting that there is another unit right down from mine that the police opened the door as it had no lock. This unit was stuffed with everything from fu n inure to guns, clothes etc, yet left unlocked @ remained untouched while mine which was locked was broken into @ things stolen that can never be replaced. We heard that coppersafe knew about the breaking @
