        Terrible. They apparently only help people with conventional loans so of you have a usda etc they don't want to help you. The worst part is they act like they do but take forever to get back in touch with you. So I went with another realtor who was absolutely fantastic her name is Amy Ford.

        Cathy is great. She is sending us listings and calls us when something comes up for sale. It's not her fault that seller's don't want to fix major problems with their homes. All ways get a home inspection first. That way you will know what seller's won't tell you about problems. Cathy worked hard finding us the perfect home . I recommend Cathy for any home buying. She is the greatest and doesn't give up on the search.
