I personally did work here for a couple of months a while back. Yes it is very hot but all factories are & that wasn't an issue. That being said this is probably one of the worst jobs I've ever had, All the equipment that they give you to work with and the machines you work on are ancient & are always having problems. Obviously I'm too young to have experienced slavery but working at formall has got to be close to what it was like. During the summer months I saw several people pass out or become overwhelmed with heat exhaustion, require medical care. There are easy machines and hard machines, the MGMT picks favorites & they put on the easy machines every single day & the others are forced to go full speed all day every day without any break from it. A friend of mine just ended his employment there, he told me something that is absolutely shocking!!! In order to drum up employees formal started offering "bonuses" well several people did everything they had to do and qualify for this bonus, when it came time to pay it out, FORMALL LAID EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM OFF!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, If you need a job that pays well go to Aisin, you & your family will not want for anything & they treat their employees like they really care about them.

I pickup loads here for my company. The lady in receiving is good at her job. The guys loading are usually pretty quick. 2 stars because of the crater in the lot that will absolutely damage trucks. This crater will also prevent you from hitting certain doors because "traction"! Be aware of this when picking up here. I was here 5 months ago and it's gotten deeper and more vicious since then. You will need a passport if you fall into this crevasse because I'm certain it ends in another portion of the world. That is all, have a blessed day. Ps, don't let the misleading picture fool you, when the sun hits it just right it appears shallow. It is not. *Update* I'm back weeks later and the hole has claimed more mud flaps. I beg the management of this company to please fill this hole in. I am tempted to come here on my day off with a load of gravel to fix this.
