This is my 2nd time working with Erin and the Benchmark crew for seperate issues. Every visit, I get met with a smile and a good morning. They've been awesome with scheduling and insurance and are a great mix of friendliness and professionalism. The plans the staff have laid out each time have helped tremendously and they're always willing to listen to any concerns or feedback I have and make me feel involved with the process. The front desk, the student therapists, the full time staff, and the clinic director are all readily accessible and eager to do whatever they can to make the most of our time together and set realistic goals for us to work toward. I'll happily recommend Benchmark to anyone and will always trust them with my recovery.

I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Everytime you walk in the door its a fun experience. It feels more like home and family. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and the conversations make every visit memorable. Ill never forget my time with them. They care so much about each injury and each Individual situation. They make sure not to stress an injury and make it worse. I went in, very nervous and the first visit I left feeling like family. Kaylee is the pt I had and she was amazing! Every other person in the building, even the ones that didnt work on me, still talked and cared. It truly was an amazing experience. Also very easy scheduling thanks to an amazing receptionist, who also cared about each patient as a person not just a chart.

Update: Spoke with Erin Update: I attempted to contact you back Erin. My husband went to Benchmark 3 days after a slap tear surgery. They put my husband with a student physical therapist for his evaluation for post op. While she was very nice I could tell she wasnt sure of what methods to use. She talked with another Physical Therapist and then started PT. She had him laying flat. We was told after surgery he is to not lay flat. That was my first red flag. Then she proceeds to put his slap tear surgery arm 180 degrees and held it that way for a couple of mins. I was about to say something but I didnt want to embarrass anyone. I was hoping the PT that was watching from a few beds away would say something if it wasnt correct. They had gave us strict instructions before leaving the day of surgery to not move his arm at all, only 90 degrees at therapy and no true arm movements other than that until 6 weeks after surgery. Thats why I knew what she was doing was incorrect. We went to his first post op appointment today and they could not believe how they didnt know about slap tear surgery not to go above 90 degrees. They suggested we get a new PT location and it was night and day compared to. This student could have really hurt my husbands arm. Thankful nothing is hurt but it could have ended badly. Just be more aware of what PT you are putting with patients. Like I said she was super nice but maybe needs a bit more training on proper procedures after surgery.

I have been a patient at Benchmark since late last year. In the past I have had male PTs and the experience was negative and the results were fleeting. When I first contacted Benchmark, I specifically asked for a female PT and was referred to their clinic director, Erin. My need for PT is complex with - pinched nerve issue in my back, a prior wreck and nerve damage to my lower leg from the wreck, and a physically demanding job that can result in intense flare ups. This is my third attempt at PT and the ONLY time I have had any lasting relief from pain and improvement in over a decade. I was ready for a surgery if it meant a decrease in my pain, but that is now not an option I even think of. I was very skeptical at first because as a person with chronic pain, our symptoms and pain can often be dismissed by clinicians. That was not the case here though! Due to the nature of my injuries, Erin not only listens to me about what impact my job and life have on me physically but she continually challenges me in the healthiest way by improving and updating my PT program as we progress. The entire team at Benchmark is professional, kind beyond measure, and extremely communicative. From the wonderful lady behind the desk, the PT students who interact and listen to patients and staff intently, and the welcoming atmosphere felt when you walk in; the entire practice operates with clinical grace. I have even had a few appointments with Chase and changed my mind about male PT clinicians. He along with all of the staff are dedicated to the health and quality of life improvements you would expect at such a facility. If you need PT in the Anderson County area, this is the ONLY place I would recommend. If I could give them a hundred stars, I would. They deserve it because they are the absolute best to their patients and anyone who sets foot in that building. Keep up the good work!

My wife had a rotator cuff repair and biceps tendon repair in October of 2023. She had her physical therapy at Benchmark located at 1202 N. Charles Seviers Blvd. in Clinton. She was initially evaluated by Erin and her ongoing therapist was Chase. I cannot say enough good things about the care and professionalism of the Clinton Benchmark clinic. Chase always knows how to handle routine days when things are going well and on those setback days when things are not. He has a way of making exercises easy to understand and progressed her through the stages of maintaining joint mobility, establishing a foundation for building back muscle and for strengthening muscles once the joint is stable. He equipped me to take her therapy home so that we could continue over the long-term. The reason I chose Benchmark is because I had a shoulder injury and Chase helped me to recover my shoulder function. I never left a review like this after I was finished with my therapy and I regret it. If you need physical for a shoulder problem you should definitely consider going to Benchmark. They are top notch in their field.
