It's truly a shame that I cannot give a negative review - this business would surely deserve it. As a supply chain manager, I've been trying to onboard new suppliers that could assist my company. This company and its owner was highly recommended by another supplier and I just don't get how this business could be recommended. We tried to get a meeting with the owner for about 5 months and heard every excuse in the world. Finally, the company recommending Pallets Plus brought him by our plant while on another sales call - can you say captive audience? It was all smiles and handshakes face-to-face. I've waiting on drawings and quotes entirely too long. I'm still waiting on prototypes since 11/29/18 and was promised a day or two after 12/10/18 - guess what? No prototypes. I emailed on 1/15 to schedule a supplier visit - guess what? No response. This company and its owner is a joke - how in the world have you remained in business this long? Don't worry about contacting me because you have burned any bridge remaining.
