        Took my truck in for some warranty work and asked Dave the service manager where they used trucks were and introduced us to Rob Boltz who took real good care of us. Went in for repairs and drove out with a newer truck. Was the easiest I've ever bought a car.

        I was the 1st appointment to arrive yet I had to go ask if my vehicle was ready. I was never called or had an associate come find me in the waiting area. Also my tire caps were not returned to me I was given some lime green ones,

        We needed a bigger family car and Rusty Wallace had what we wanted. I was nervous because we've had Toyota/ Lexus for the last 10 years but was willing to give it a shot. After filling in the online form, Donnie sent me an email within the hour. He was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and didn't make me wheel and deal. We came to a very fair deal and I am so happy with our new car. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace in Clinton and wish all car salesmen could be just like Donnie. He came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me, installed my all weather mats and set me up an appointment to get step bars. He has followed up with me several times to ensure we are happy and don't need any help figuring out the technology. I am so grateful for the experience and I love our new car! I would buy a Chevrolet again just because of my experience at RW and they'll be my dealership moving forward.
