The Community Bank of East Tennesee

I love Community Bank! My family and I have been using them since I was a child. They call and/or text me if I have an unusual charge. They call me if I have transferred to much from savings to checking to give me a warning (instead of just charging me which is very nice.) Jan and Jason are easy for me to get a hold of and they are always extremely helpful towards any situation. I recommend them to anyone who asks. :)

This is one of the most incompetent banks i could ever dream up , first they couldnt keep a working atm ,there solution was screw it tear it up and send ppl to random atms .... fine whatever. 2nd I get laid off like most everyone from covid, mayb they tried call i dunno ,i dont care either way...i dont need talk to em if i do id call them ,or they can leave me a message. But No message ever left..... to the point i get back to work few wks ago i work like 13 hrs a day on midnights. I Have to stay over to c HR , for them tell me this bank closed my account ,why cuz im not depositing checks for 3 months ??? This bank is a joke , sorry i cant b the only person who got laid off and account wasnt used for few months while my money came from unemployment, and there card. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A BANK WITH SENSE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS. There is clearly no one here with any sense or customer service,or they just could care less bout there working customers. But they did me huge favor by making me find a new bank, peoples bank of the south ,also in clinton ,perfect all the way around ,zero comparison
