I traded in my 2022 SUV in about a month ago. I was told by my saleswoman that I would have the check the next day. After I signed the papers I was then told 3-4 days. A week went by and I texted my saleswoman she kept pushing the date and then she ghosted me. I then went to Facebook and contacted the manager. He told me their accountant had the flu and kept pushing back. Its now been a month no check. The car buying process was easy but I would never recommend trading in your car with this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Every person I interacted with was kind, courteous, and just absolutely easy to work with. They made a stressful experience of car buying so easy and pain free. From the moment i walked on the lot and told Ashley Nelson kind of what i was looking for and the budget i had she brought me to the most perfect vehicle. I had been window shopping online and went in to just test drive to see what i liked and ended up walking away with a new (to me) suv. Love how everyone here listens and wants to work with you to make sure you get what you want as well as get the note to be in range of what you were looking for. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle from Ashley and the team here!
