Misty Newsome is amazing, she went out of her way to show me my house. I am a over the road truck driver and she picked me up and drove me to the house, very patient and sweet, her knowledge of the area was very helpful. Definitely recommended Misty.

There is a major problem with Markietta Munck Tilley that is not known. She is not who she puts on to be. I'm her aunt and she has some dirty business going on with my mother's property. She refused to give my mother her paper work on the property she bought from Remax Experience. She let her hold them then refused to give them. I now live in my mother's home and she refused to give them to me. She and her mother has been in many dirty things.

My husband and myself, have been in Real Estate development for the past 20 years. We have been, in a purchase agreement with a seller that was represented by a listing associate with this agency a few days before it was terminated today. If a Buyer or Seller agrees to sign representation of a Associate Agent: Sommer Dawn Oder, I would strongly recommend you do a strong due-diligence on this associate agent. She, has made many mistake's thru our process with a recent transaction that we were involved in. The biggest, was a property condition disclosure for the Seller, where they made a mistake on disclosure, and she did not do her due-diligence representing her client in their best behalf. She also, is very defensive and non-communicated skills, towards other agents is very unprofessional. I hope other future home buyers or sellers do the proper homework, before they hire Mrs. Oder, to represent them. Another Associate: Jessica Owenby with the same agency, helped Mrs. Oder on a corrected property disclosure filled out by the Seller, and used White-out on the disclosure to correct mistake with-out seller's consent, which is falsifying a legal document prepared by the Seller, Requesting the Buyer to Sign. Please do due-diligence before you use this agency for Purchase or Selling. The two (Licensed) professionals, are not becoming to carry a license in the Great State of Tennessee.
