My husband and I moved to Tennessee in August for a job I was offered with my company. We moved into a small 2 bedroom appartment that was nice but we knew we needed to start looking for our home asap. So I posted on the moms page on face book and Alex responded so quickly and politely, she was more eager to share than she was to sell. She got us connected with her husband Steve who met up with us within a few hours of the facebook post to view a house we found on zillow. Well that definitely was not the house for us lol. Anyways we got to talking for some time there and they really took the time to go over the areas around for us newbies and they even had a YouTube channel showing them. They also where just all around helpful with anything we had questions about in the city. Well back to house hunting, it's a crazy market right now and Steve was always readily available when we asked to see a house. And we went and some some very interesting places, the worste to the most ICONIC ( pictures to prove the Weasley's flying car). Then we finally found the house we were going to make our home!!! BUT it didnt end there.... the seller was pretty much a nightmare to work with, dragging her feet, lots of lip service, and just plain out lied. Well Steve handled it and got us to closing. We had some special tasks bc the seller was flipper in over her head on this one. Lookout Living really goes that extra mile and I will gladly tell everyone about them and the details of the nightmare Steve and Alex helped us get through. Thank you sooo much!!!!!

These guys made buying my first home easier than I EVER expected! They were so consistent, easy to get a hold of, and answered my million questions - no seriously a millionI had no idea what I was doing! I definitely recommend working with them. They not only know real estate, but they are local to the Chattanooga area and know all the best places to live, shop, and eat!
