Home buying is rarely seamless. There are always obstacles to navigate so it pays to have a quality realtor to help guide you through. David Stephenson is top shelf. Professional, patient, responsive and so much more. We had a last minute hiccup late the night before closing that could have delayed the whole process another week, but David pushed through to ensure everything finalized in time! If I ever sell or buy again Ill be calling David.

I would highly recommend David to anyone but especially first time home buyers. My husband and I hit many set backs with sellers; one man took his house off the market after we had already agreed to his terms, one builder promised us he would fix something and after weeks did not follow through, and through all of this David gave us confidence and assured us that an even better house was out there waiting on us. He always had a good attitude and was determined to help us find the house of our dreams...and thats exactly what he did! David was an absolute joy to work with! I had many reservations about the whole housing industry but now, thanks to David, I feel like Ive come out on top and got a beautiful home to enjoy with my husband and room to grow.
