        This place is PATHETIC. You go view something, put an application in. Talk to someone about if you may need a co-signer or not. Then the next email you get is "they went with a better person". Save yourself the money and save yourself from them. Id suggest not even touching with a 10 ft pole. They also offered a refund, I've emailed 3 times and called, no refund. Talk about the comments calling Michael W greedy. Must be true, even though he seems to enjoy going off on clients and has a mouth in the comments. Just think. Would you want someone like Michael and someone who can't return a call or email to be your landlord. Personally I think we'd all be better if they closed their doors for good.

        Stayed there for 2 years and when moving out they used all of our security deposit saying that we damaged everything but then when confronted in person the manager said he just went and started blowing the money his words exactly so if you want to rent somewhere I'd choose a different company because you won't get any of your money back because they want to be greedy

        Owner is indecisive and accepts below par maintenance practices and quality to save pennies. As a property owner i would recommend looking elsewhere for maintenance and management services. As an employee avoid like the plague as the owner does not represent his commitments professionally and/or as discussed. Property owners should demand pictures of actual work performed as the quality is not what you may think per your contractual agreements. Tenants beware as the level of quality of work does not meet what you may think is a good standard.

      I do not understand this review. Can you explain how you got scammed? I think you may be referring to some people, maybe your family or friends, that are being evicted for non-payment. As you are not in our system as a tenant or owner. Although, thank you for the opportunity to explain how evictions work. The way it works, is that if you do not pay your rent, you will be evicted. If you do not pay rent you will be turned over to the courts. Once the court gives you your allotted time to be out of the property for non-payment, if you still have not left the sheriff will come and we will be forced to set out all of the items inside of the property outside and change the locks.       Ma'am. I have to call BS on this entire story. We work on a first come first serve basis. It is the only fair way to do it as we see. No one said "they went with a better person" that is a lie. Plan and simple. We sent you an email saying it was no longer available. That is it. Here is a copy of what was sent to you ("Hello. The property you applied for on Sipes St is no longer available. Would you like to transfer your application to one of our other available properties or would you like your application fees refunded?") I get it, your mad you did not get the property you were interested in. Someone simply applied before you and they were approved before you. I am happy to call you, you can call me. I am happy to talk to you about anything. Anytime. Just don't cuss us out when we talk to you and try to explain something as you did when you called in after receiving the email. Seems like your really upset over not getting this place though so I hope you find something that you like somewhere. Feel free to call me anytime. Michael W.

      Mr. Lockhart, I don't think you have the right company. We have never rented to a Nathaniel Lockhart. Or at least we have no record of you anywhere. Also, the conversation you said you had with me never took place. Please double check your company. There is another one in North Carolina or somewhere but it was not us. Maybe that is the one? I am the manager and I did not and would not say anything like that. As I said, I have never even meet you. We actually take pictures before and after people move in and move out. So this does not sound like us or me in anyway. If you still feel like it was us, please come by the office and actually talk to me or call me anytime.       Eric, I am sorry that we had to terminate your employment with us. Your level and quality of work and what you requested to be paid did not match. I offered to keep you on but at a lower pay rate more commensurate with your skill level, you declined that. I simply brought you in at too high of a pay rate based on what you said you could do but ended up not being correct. I am sorry you are unhappy about being let go. I do not think this is the best way to handle being let go from a company that tried to be patient and kind with you though. Although, now, I am sure it was best that we terminated our working relationship as soon as I did being that you only worked for us for 1.5 weeks. It appears that we may have very well saved ourselves from far greater issues in the future if you had stayed by the way you have handled this matter and the things you have said that are not true.
